- 500g pkt Coles Finest Rosemary Parmentier Potatoes
- 3 streaky bacon rashers
- 100g Coles Dip (Cheese & Chive)
- 2 tbsp Greek-style yoghurt
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp water
Method
Show ingredient quantity- Step 1 Place the potatoes500g pkt Rosemary Parmentier Potatoes in the basket of an air fryer and top with the bacon3 streaky bacon rashers. Cook at 200°C for 12-13 minutes or until the potatoes are golden and the bacon is crisp. Cool for 2 minutes, then coarsely chop the bacon.
- Step 2 Meanwhile, whisk the dip100g Dip (Cheese & Chive), yoghurt2 tbsp Greek-style yoghurt, mustard2 tsp Dijon mustard and water2 tbsp water in a small bowl.
