30g CADBURY Baking Real Dark Chocolate Melts, melted
1/4 cup (25g) CADBURY Drinking Chocolate
1 tbsp instant coffee granules
1 tbsp boiling water
2 cups (500ml) milk
Whipped cream, to serve
PASCALL Pink & White Marshmallows, to serve
Chocolate fudge topping, to serve
Method
Step 1 Use a sharp knife to finely chop 2 of the biscuits. Dip the rims of heatproof serving glasses in melted chocolate. Press chopped biscuit onto the chocolate.
Step 2 Place the drinking chocolate, coffee granules and water in a small saucepan. Stir until a smooth paste forms. Add the milk and cook over medium-high heat, stirring, for 2-3 mins or until almost boiling. Remove from heat.
Step 3 Divide the milk mixture between the glasses. Top with cream, marshmallows and chocolate topping. Decorate with remaining biscuits.
