Mocha hot chocolate

Ingredients (9)

  • 6 CADBURY Fingers Milk Chocolate biscuits
  • 30g CADBURY Baking Real Dark Chocolate Melts, melted
  • 1/4 cup (25g) CADBURY Drinking Chocolate
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee granules
  • 1 tbsp boiling water
  • 2 cups (500ml) milk
  • Whipped cream, to serve
  • PASCALL Pink & White Marshmallows, to serve
  • Chocolate fudge topping, to serve

Method

  • Step 1 Use a sharp knife to finely chop 2 of the biscuits. Dip the rims of heatproof serving glasses in melted chocolate. Press chopped biscuit onto the chocolate.
  • Step 2 Place the drinking chocolate, coffee granules and water in a small saucepan. Stir until a smooth paste forms. Add the milk and cook over medium-high heat, stirring, for 2-3 mins or until almost boiling. Remove from heat.
  • Step 3 Divide the milk mixture between the glasses. Top with cream, marshmallows and chocolate topping. Decorate with remaining biscuits.
