Air fryer crackling chips (with bacon salt)

  • 750g piece pork rind (crackling)
  • 2 tsp Deliciou Original Bacon Flavoured Seasoning, plus extra, to serve
  • Apple sauce, to serve (optional)

Method

  • Step 1 Cut the rind750g piece pork rind (crackling) crossways into 1.5cm-thick strips. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the rind, rind-side up, on the tray. Place in the fridge overnight to dry out.
  • Step 2 Spray with rind with oil and sprinkle with the bacon seasoning2 tsp Deliciou Original Bacon Flavoured Seasoning, plus extra, to serve.
  • Step 3 Place half the rind in air fryer basket. Spray with oil. Cook at 200C for 10-15 minutes or until bubbled and golden. Transfer to a bowl. Sprinkle with extra bacon seasoning. Repeat with remaining rind. Serve with apple sauceApple sauce, to serve (optional), if using.
