First rub the pasta and cook it thoroughly, add more water, add some salt and cook together. The pasta is hard and needs to be cooked for a longer time. -

After cooking, rinse and soak in cold water and set aside. -

Prepare all materials, as shown in the picture. -

Heat a pan and melt the butter. 5
Add shallots and sauté until fragrant.-

Add the green vegetables, sprinkle with crushed black pepper, stir-fry a few times, and add some water. -

Add the black sauce and continue to stir-fry. -

Add beef balls and salt. -

After the beef balls are cooked, add spaghetti to allow the spaghetti to fully absorb the juice. -

Tips
1. You can use onions instead of shallots, preferably green peppers. Since you don’t have them at home, use other green vegetables instead.
2. It is best to use a frying pan or a non-stick pan. Spaghetti can easily stick to the pan.
