Shape into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for more than 30 minutes. -

Put all the ingredients in the filling into a food processor (mixer) and beat until smooth. Set aside. (You can also mix it by hand. If you don’t like the taste of cinnamon, you can leave it out.) -
5
Take the pie crust out of the refrigerator, sprinkle it with hand flour, and roll it into a round piece. (Slightly larger than a pie plate.) -
6
Put the dough sheet into the pie plate and press it well. -
7
Remove any excess edges. -
8
Use a fork to prick some small holes in the bottom to prevent them from swelling during baking. -
9
Pour the filling into the pie plate until it is 8-9 minutes full. -
10
Place in the preheated oven and bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius) for 15 minutes, then lower the temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius) and continue baking for 30 minutes. -

12
Remold. (A piece of skin in the middle was glued off when unmoulding.) -
13
Let’s eat.
Tips
The oven temperature is adjusted according to the temperature of your own oven. The smaller the oven, the lower the temperature should be.
