Add ingredients into the bread machine. -

Add milk and dough again. -

The dough is fermented. -

Divide into 6 even portions (same weight). -

Roll one of the dough into a rectangular shape and cut it into strips at 1/2 with a scraper. -

Roll it up again, and a bread dough is ready. -

Add 15g of milk to an egg. -

Stir evenly (this is when the milk is poured in and not yet stirred). -

Brush the skin with an even layer of egg yolk liquid. -

Preheat the oven for 5 to 10 minutes, put the upper heat at 170 degrees and the lower heat at 150 degrees and bake the middle and lower layers for 20 minutes. -
